Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience and properly reserve time for your appointment, a deposit is required for first-time color services, perms, hair extensions, and other specialty treatments.
Deposit Amount - Determined by your service provider on the service type and complexity.
Deposit Amount - Applied to your total on the day of service.
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. For all specialty services that require a deposit, the following cancellation policy applies:
Loyalty Program Members & Repeat Clients - One cancellation fee may be waived per 12-month period. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once during that time.
New Clients - Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Please note - clients with a history of repeated no-shows or last minute cancellations may be required to leave a deposit for future appointments, regardless of service type.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.
